Molecular weight: Mix between 622.74, 664.78 and 706.82 g/mol
Appearance: white to yellow powder (hygroscopic)
Purity: > 95 %
% of acetylation: (varies between batches, but can be specified per batch)
CMC (critical micelle concentration): 90-200 mg/L (depending on the acetylation degree)
Surface tension water @ CMC: 35-39 mN/m (depending on the acetylation degree)

Antibacterial: some effects, but less as lactonic sophorolipids (e.g. Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Rodococcus rodochrous, Micrococcus luteus...)

When a high acetylation degree is required, the product can only be supplied as a paste and not dried.
All products are now listed in their most 'purified' (dried) form (best stability for long time storage). They can also be supplied as concentrated liquids/gels/pastes, which can make formulation easier. Only products with a C18:1 fatty acids chain are displayed in the figures, but C18:2, C18:0, C16:0 and C16:1 intermediates are also present in these samples in small amounts. When only the C18:1 intermediate (or another chain length) is required, these products can be produced, but these products are not (yet) offered as a standard.
